I’m partnering with a renowned restaurant group in the North West to find their next Head of Sales & Marketing – a pivotal role that will shape the future of their business.
This is about more than just strategy – it’s about driving revenue, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a dynamic team to deliver real results.
The Role:
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy, focusing on increasing covers, spend per head, and overall profitability.
- Build and implement the annual calendar, packed with creative campaigns and impactful promotions.
- Oversee digital presence and CRM systems, ensuring maximum engagement and measurable ROI.
- Use market insights and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform high-level decisions.
- Collaborate with key teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
What They’re Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with senior-level sales and marketing experience in hospitality or F&B.
- A proven track record in managing high-revenue businesses (£30m+).
