About the Role
Role: Community Care Worker
Location: Runcorn
Pay: up to £17.17 per hour depending on shift and role
This position requires regular shifts of either 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am (waking nights)

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do
We are looking for experienced Community Care Workers to support a teenage girl who lives at home with mum, her older sister and little brother.
You must be experienced in supporting people with Jeune thoracic dystrophy, permanent tracheostomy, requiring invasive ventilation.
Duties include:
- Provide essential day and night support for, both at home and in the community
- Offer accompanyment and assistance at school
- Be part of a two-person team at all times to ensure safety and respond effectively to emergencies
- Offer supprot to improve independence with tracheostomy and ventilator, providing prompts, guidance, and clinical interventions when needed
- Encourage and support our client's social life, helping her connect with friends and family
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be delivering care that is truly person-centred

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who have:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
