About the Role
Role: Community Care Worker
Location: Warrington
Pay: up to £17.17 per hour depending on shift and role
This position requires regular shifts of either 8am-8pm and waking nights of 8pm-8am

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do
We are looking for experienced Community Care Workers to support a teenage girl who lives at home with mum and dad.
You must be experienced in supporting people with cerebral palsy, quadriplegia and a range of other complex medical needs. This is a very clinical care package, and you will be working on a 2:1 basis as the client requires 100% observations and support.
Duties include:
- Personal Care and Support: Assisting with daily tasks to ensure the comfort and well-being of the child
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging and empowering the child to achieve greater autonomy in their daily life
- Medication Support: Ensuring the safe administration of medication
- Specialist Clinical Care: Providing advanced clinical care, including but not limited to dystonia, quadriplegia, dysplasia

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who have:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
