This role is to begin as soon as possible, with interviews taking place over the next couple of weeks. Hours will be 08:30 - 16:30, working Monday - Friday until the summer holidays. This may potentially extend depending on the needs of the school.
Job Role:
As a Class Teacher in this Primary School, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking.
- Preparing students for SATs with targeted interventions and support.
- Creating a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management.
- Working collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure pupil success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, particularly in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and SATs preparation.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners in a Primary School setting.
