Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Candidate Specification

• A 2:1 or higher in Psychology subjects or similar
• Oxbridge Graduate preferred
• A strong, confident and bright personality with an appetite for Education
• Able to be professional whilst adhering to boundaries
• Exceptional clear communication, time management, organisation, and team work
• Able to take initiative, be resourceful and pay close attention to details
• Experience with SEN or similar (desirable but not essential)
• Interviewing immediately

• Earn between $108-125 a day
• Long-term, full-time Graduate Learning Support Assistant role
