And of course, we equip you with a laptop and smartphone to ensure you have all the tools you need to excel.

Perks and benefits:

- Professional Growth Opportunities: As an Advanced Practitioner, you'll be at the forefront of quality control and improvement activities, allowing you to enhance your skills and develop your career further.

What you will do:

- Lead in promoting and supporting quality control and improvement activities within the team and across the service.
- Manage a protected caseload focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and young people with complex and challenging needs, risks, and circumstances.
- Support performance activities and engage in delivering high-quality services.
- Facilitate face-to-face meetings with children to ensure comprehensive care and understanding of their needs, except when health situations such as COVID prohibit in-person meetings.
- Foster a supportive office culture, especially in the initial stages of employment to build team cohesion and stability.
