What you will do:
- Conduct initial assessments for mental health referrals, identifying working diagnoses, and formulating suggested treatment plans.
- Complete initial assessments for new referrals to the service, ensuring comprehensive mental health evaluation virtually.
- Collaborate within the provision of the Op Courage Veterans Mental Health Service, involving multiple partnerships.
- Perform initial assessment, risk assessment, and devise care planning for referred clients.
- Work as part of an MDT, presenting cases for clinical decision-making around veterans' treatment, care, and support.
- Liaise with other agencies and locality Mental Health Services to ensure cohesive care and support is provided.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- No need for a driving licence, as this role is purely remote.
- Comprehensive knowledge and competence in mental health assessments.
