What you will do:

• Lead Professional Role: Become the lead professional in safeguarding issues, ensuring all child protection protocols are meticulously followed.
• Conduct Assessments: Perform detailed assessments to uncover the needs and strengths of those you support, ensuring outcomes are impactful and practical.
• Engagement: Forge strong, transformative connections with children, young people, and families, helping them navigate their journeys and improve their situations.
• Report Writing: Craft comprehensive reports and care plans for a range of settings, including court, ensuring they reflect the true experiences and best interests of children.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess a recognised Social Work qualification, such as CQSW, DipSW, or BA Hons Social Work.
• Registration with Social Work England is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in performing assessments and working with children and families within a statutory framework is essential.
• An in-depth understanding of safeguarding and child protection legislation is vital.
