What you will do:
- Provide advanced Physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment to patients with various complex neurological conditions.
- Educate and train Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants, other healthcare professionals, carers, and students.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Physiotherapy students during their clinical placements.
- Operate independently as a practitioner with complex patients in diverse home environments.
- Lead or participate in audits and research within Adult Therapy Services, sharing insights and proposing practice enhancements.
- Ensure close collaboration with carers and health and social care agencies.
- Offer leadership, support, and advice to junior colleagues in assessing and managing community-based patients with neurological conditions.
