Job Title: Locum Panel Advisor within Fostering

What you will do:
- Manage Slough Children’s Services Trust (SCF) fostering panels, with some oversight of the Adoption Panel.
- Develop and implement management and quality assurance frameworks to ensure service excellence.
- Promote service improvement and contribute to achieving positive inspection outcomes.
- Support high-quality placements for children, ensuring their wellbeing and development.
- Conduct regular appraisals for panel members to sustain high standards.
- Assist the Panel Chair and Agency Decision Maker in their roles.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions for panel members to enhance their capabilities.
