Head Of Engineering

My client is searching for a Head of Engineering to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and efficiency of multiple hotel properties in London. This is a key role within the hotel group, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple hotel sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
• Lead, train, and support on-site engineering teams, fostering a hands-on and proactive approach.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Engineer or Senior Engineering Manager within the hotel industry, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and compliance in a high-demand environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mind
