What you will do:
- Assess and provide physiotherapy treatment plans for patients within the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt programmes as required for inpatient care.
- Facilitate safe and timely patient discharges through efficient management of local pathways.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient rehabilitation and treatment plans.
