Recruitment Administrator / Junior Recruitment Consultant

Base Salary + Bonus

You’ll be surrounded by industry professionals who are passionate about hospitality and the service industries. We’re looking for a tenacious Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer, someone looking to start their recruitment career and with a drive to learn and succeed.

This role offers excellent progression with hand on training to become a trainee recruiter within the first year.

The Role

• Administrative duties to support the recruitment team
• Daily advertising of roles
• Searching external job boards and LinkedIn for suitable candidates
• Updating and managing our existing database
• Actively posting on social media

The person we’re looking for

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally recruitment or customer facing
• Excellent customer service & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superb attention to detail
• Desire to learn and move into a sales / recruitment role
• Dutch speaking, other European languages are advantageous

You will also be

• Resourceful, tenacious and independent
• Be able to use your own initiative
• Be able to communicate effectively with a range of people from low management to senior executive level
• Be keen to progress within a rapidly expanding business
