What you will do:
- Manage and maintain a varied caseload of clients, providing essential support and interventions such as psychosocial interventions.
- Offer medication management and safety planning, actively participating in risk management to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, sharing insights and expertise.
- Engage in continual professional development, keeping up-to-date with best practices in mental health.
- Assist in community engagement efforts, fostering a supportive environment for all service users.
To qualify for this role, you will need to be a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with at least two years of experience in mental health services, ideally with community exposure. While being a car driver is preferable, enthusiasm and commitment are key.
