What you will do:
- Manage your own complex caseload while overseeing the team’s caseload, ensuring high-quality standards without direct supervision.
- Lead and chair team meetings, efficiently planning staffing and workloads.
- Act as the acute physiotherapy representative at multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, clinics, and various working groups.
- Provide clinical supervision to students in collaboration with university partners and offer guidance to junior staff members and assistants.
- Conduct training for new staff members joining the mobility rota.
- Participate in weekend services following departmental policies.
- Engage in emergency respiratory duties, including weekend and overnight on-call, post-training and competency achievement.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
