What you will do:
- Conduct home visits to assess the occupational therapy needs of individuals with disabilities, using best practice assessment and intervention tools.
- Ensure individuals and their families or carers are central to decision-making processes, maximising choice and control in support arrangements.
- Promote independence and social inclusion through access to employment, training, rehabilitation, and community opportunities.
- Collaborate with local and community groups to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in occupational therapy is required.
- A driving licence is preferable for this role.
