Family Court Advisor - Band 7, Children’s Services in Camden, UK, earning £36.50 hourly, ongoing.

As a Family Court Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, advanced social work-level services. You will assess and analyse court applications related to child protection and welfare issues, ensuring the child’s voice is heard and kept at the centre. You will also advise courts and local authorities on safeguarding concerns while balancing productivity with the quality of your casework.

What you will do:
- Provide expert safeguarding and child protection advice, assessments, and analysis to the Court on children's needs and best interests.
- Ensure the child’s safety and well-being throughout the process and address any risks or incidents promptly.
- Work directly with children and families to secure positive outcomes, and partner with other services as needed.
- Produce high-quality case analyses and advice to help the Court achieve timely, child-focused resolutions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with professionals and agencies, ensuring that the child’s needs remain at the forefront.
