What you will do:
- Provide expert advice on medication safely and effectively to patients and healthcare staff.
- Manage dispensary operations and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication use and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide counselling for patients, enhancing their understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with GPHC regulations and other relevant standards to maintain high-quality service delivery.
This role requires a GPHC registered pharmacist with at least two years of experience in a similar setting. Experience in both dispensary and ward-based services is essential. Being a car driver is preferable to navigate across multiple sites conveniently.
