Key Responsibilities:

• Ward Support: Deliver on-site pharmacy support to hospital wards, ensuring precise preparation and delivery of medications.
• Stock Management: Assist in managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring the availability of essential medications.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with nurses and doctors to ensure timely and accurate medication administration.
• Medication Storage: Contribute to the safe storage and handling of medications within the ward.
• Medication Records: Diligently review and monitor medication administration records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• GPhC Registration: Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.
• Ward Experience: Previous experience working in hospital wards is essential.
• Competence in Dispensary and Ward Cover: Proficient in providing both ward and dispensary cover in a hospital setting.
