Join our vibrant team in Bolton as a Team Manager within the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) at our Referral and Assessment Service! We are seeking someone to manage our Referral Team and work closely with the Integrated Front Door Team. This locum position offers an enticing opportunity for 3 months, with the potential for extension. You will earn a competitive rate of £43 per hour, working full-time (37 hours per week) from 09:00 to 17:00.

What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of Social Workers, ensuring high-quality assessments are completed and authorised.
- Chair strategy meetings and manage Section 47 enquiries with utmost efficiency.
- Maintain performance standards within the team and implement changes when necessary.
- Manage duty-related tasks, assessments, and decision-making processes within the team.
- Conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams for prospective team members and ensure DBS checks are completed for successful candidates.
- Utilize flexible working arrangements, balancing time between office presence and remote work when not on duty week.
