A vibrant Spanish tapas bar in the heart of London is on the hunt for a Head Chef. In this fast-paced environment, you will lead a kitchen that prioritizes fresh, high-quality ingredients while crafting exceptional dishes. This is a branded restaurant group with a large team that can achieve up to 200 daily covers. (this is another way of putting it so they know more about the group / brand, this will help to bring in the branded chef type we are after)
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be guiding your team and ensuring a smooth operation.
The ideal Head Chef will also be well-versed in health and safety compliance and hands-on in the day-to-day kitchen duties. If you have a passion for Spanish cuisine and are eager to join a well-established tapas bar, this opportunity is perfect for you.
