FLT Labourer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable FLT/Labourer to join our client in Uttoxeter. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and hold a valid Forklift Truck license (Counterbalance). This role offers a great opportunity for career growth within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Forklift Truck to transport materials safely and efficiently.

• Assisting with general labouring duties, including manual handling and stock movement.

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.

• Supporting production teams as required.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

• A valid FLT license (Counterbalance) is essential.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

The Detials :

• either AM OR PM Shift. AM shift is 6am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday. PM Shift is 3:30pm-01:00am Monday to Thursday. 

• £12.95 per hour for Am shift. if you work the PM shift you get £12 shift allowance per shift, the equivalent to £14.28
