An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join a well-established Spanish tapas restaurant in central London.
With a reputation for bold, rustic flavours and high-quality ingredients, this vibrant venue delivers an authentic dining experience with a fast-paced, high-volume service.
The ideal Head Chef will be hands-on, reliable, and able to maintain exceptional standards, even in the absence of the Executive Chef. While creativity is welcome for occasional specials, the core menu remains largely unchanged, focusing on consistency and execution.
The Role:
- Leading a solid team of 6-8 chefs plus KPs
- Serving up to 200-250 covers per day special occasions
- Operating an open kitchen
- Maintaining food safety compliance and ensuring high kitchen standards
- Delivering high-quality, fast-paced service with bold, rustic flavours
