What you will do:

• Provide expert leadership and supervision to a team of skilled speech pathologists.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for individuals, with a focus on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and communication disorders, and tailor interventions accordingly.
•  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engage in continuous professional development and mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist - Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and be registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). With a minimum of three years of experience in the field, particularly with expertise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the successful applicant will provide high-quality support to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Minimum of three years of experience with NDIS expertise.
• Proven ability to provide support to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.

Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience as a senior clinician.
•  Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
