Occupational Therapist in Social Services - Doncaster

What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments within clients' homes to evaluate their needs for minor to major adaptations.
- Assess and recommend necessary equipment to help individuals achieve greater independence.
- Work closely with our ten reablement beds, facilitating timely and efficient discharges through careful planning and provision of equipment and adaptations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in line with professional standards.
To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and possess a valid driver's license as travel is required within Doncaster.
