Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the property.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive cost control, revenue optimization, and financial strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
• Provide financial insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and financial risk management.
• Work closely with the operations team to align financial goals with business objectives.

Who You Are:

• An experienced finance leader with a background in hospitality, leisure, or tourism.
• Strong understanding of German financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on and adaptable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Fluent in German and English (essential).
