Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Leasehold Income Assistant to assist the RMS income officers with the day-to-day task of service charge collection and to managing the pay monthly accounts ensuring that the service charges are paid within the terms of the lease agreement.

You will be joining our Home team based in Holborn, London. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and offers a hybrid working pattern with 2 days in the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Making inbound & outbound calls/returning calls for all AP messages received.
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Updating tenant correspondence with addresses/email /telephone numbers.
  • Managing the pay monthly accounts, sending arrears letters when payments are missed.
  • Dealing with all post for the RMS income team in and out

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management/leasehold setting
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Great telephone manner
