Chemotherapy Nurse Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent position with an annual salary of £42,640.

What you will do:
As a Chemotherapy Nurse, your primary responsibility is to deliver high standards of care while building meaningful relationships with patients. You'll administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments according to each patient’s care plan. Be a champion of patient-focused care, offering nursing that is specifically tailored to individual needs. Accurately document clinical data and report any adverse drug events following protocol. Strengthen relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery processes. You will maintain and exhibit up-to-date knowledge, addressing any competency gaps and ensuring compliance with all business policies and procedures. Regional travel will be required to visit patients at home, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
