Key Responsibilities:

• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work as part of the Adult Community Learning Disability and Autism Team, contributing to the holistic care of clients.
• Client-Centred Interventions: Manage a defined caseload using evidence-based principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Coordinated Therapy Services: Deliver an effective and efficient Occupational Therapy service to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, maintaining high standards of care.
• Clinical Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate clinical records are kept, participating in service development and evaluation within the Adult Community Services Directorate.
• Autonomous Practice: Work independently to manage a client group, delivering specific Occupational Therapy treatment programmes.
• Goal Setting and Collaboration: Collaborate with service users, their carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and determine outcomes.
• Supervision and Professional Development: Participate in regular supervision and appraisals, using reflection to inform practice and identify training needs.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain and expand professional knowledge through ongoing learning and engage in clinical audits when required.

Requirements:
