Chemotherapy Nurse – Clinical Operations – Glasgow, UK
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 annually

Role Overview:

• An exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Chemotherapy Nurse to join a dynamic team in Glasgow.
• Provide one-to-one care by administering chemotherapy treatments in patients’ homes, making a tangible difference in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as per patients' care plans.
• Deliver patient-focused care, tailoring nursing interventions to meet individual needs while upholding professional standards.
• Accurately document clinical data and report adverse drug events following established protocols.
• Build supportive, professional relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to facilitate treatment and recovery.
• Maintain clinical competency through continuous learning and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Travel regionally to provide home treatments; a full UK driving licence is required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
• Proven experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs.
• Competency in cannulation and undertaking clinical assessments.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week).
