What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build & Execute Campaigns – Develop data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring every message lands with impact.
• Automation & Engagement – Design workflows that enhance candidate experience and keep engagement high, from SMS to chatbots.
• Content Creation – Craft compelling messaging that connects with candidates and supports our brand voice.
• Data-Driven Optimisation – Track, test, and refine campaign performance to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and identify new opportunities for automation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital marketing & automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp, chatbots).
• Analytical mindset – you're comfortable interpreting data to optimise campaigns.
• Creative copywriting skills – you know how to write engaging, candidate-focused content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, HTML email editors, and CRM systems (Vincere is a bonus!).
• A passion for innovation in recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
