Salary: £25,000 Per annum

Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting young students in their early learning journey, particularly in core subjects such as English and Maths
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons suitable for primary-aged children
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional assistance
- Encouraging students to develop essential literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Supporting classroom management and fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Assisting in the creation of lesson materials, activities, and resources
- Engaging in extracurricular activities and school-wide events
- Receiving training and mentorship, with an opportunity to progress into a formal teacher training programme
Candidate Requirements:
- A graduate from a leading university, preferably Oxbridge or Russell Group
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in primary education
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their academic and social development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teaching
- Prior tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
