About the Role:

  • Provide guidance on housing policies, tenancy agreements, and residents' rights.

  • Support tenants through changes in personal circumstances, including financial difficulties.

  • Influence and drive service improvements by co-designing solutions with the Neighbourhood Manager.

  • Conduct property inspections and tenancy audits to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.

  • Assist in the resolution of repair and maintenance concerns, liaising with contractors and property management teams.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to listen and understand resident demands.

  • Ability to build capabilities and encourage tenants to reach their own solutions.

  • Ability to use initiative to meet resident demands creatively and innovatively, exploring possibilities for improvement and more effective delivery.
