Band 5 Children's Physiotherapist – Paediatric Specialism in Hounslow. What you will do:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to children and young people with a variety of conditions.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Hold responsibility for managing your own caseload, ensuring records are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives aimed at improving patient care.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and guidelines, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Engage in training opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• HCPC registration, showcasing a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
• At least 2 years of experience in paediatric physiotherapy, preferably within the UK or NHS setting.
• A full driving license is preferable to navigate multiple sites efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to patient care and team collaboration.
