My client has a successful business in great locations across London, including SW London and Central London, from Battersea to Chelsea. They are looking for an Area Manager with a food retail background to help drive the business forward
Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager
- Oversee and manage multiple locations within your designated area.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring high-quality, efficient and outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of delivery drivers and restaurant staff.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales, improve profitability, and achieve targets.
- Analyse market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and resolve any issues promptly.
- Uphold and promote our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all locations.
Qualifications and Skills required of the Area Manager
- Proven experience in managing multiple locations in the fast food – food retail
- Strong leadership abilities with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships
- Results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
