What you will do:
- Provide 2-3 days of specialised Speech and Language Therapy support per week for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Develop and implement functional communication strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Train and support staff to develop competencies in enhancing communication environments and using visual communication tools.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered and should possess a valid driving licence to facilitate patient visits and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
