Job Role:

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS, following the National Curriculum.

• Creating a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behavior and ensuring student engagement.

• Marking and assessing work during longer placements, in line with school policies.

• Adapting to different school environments and building strong relationships with staff and students.

• Providing support to students and helping them reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.

• Recent experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School.

• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum across KS1, KS2, and EYFS.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
