Primary Teacher

Are you a Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive and inclusive school located in Rubery Rednal, Birmingham? Flourish Education are working in partnership with a local school who are seeking appoint a full-time class teacher to work in Year 4. This role is due to start in May and is expected to continue until the end of the summer term but may continue into the next academic year.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher you will:

• Take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning and delivering lessons, assessments and marking.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Engage with parents and carers to support pupil progress and development.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
