Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building lasting business relationships?
I am looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join my clients team to drive their hotel's success in the corporate sector!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct telephone marketing and research to acquire new accounts from medium-sized to large companies in the region.
- Organize and lead customer appointments and hotel tours to showcase their facilities.
- Negotiate room rates and packages tailored to corporate clients' needs.
- Assist in planning and participating in sales promotions and customer events.
- Support the Director of Sales in preparing for and following up on MICE trade fairs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide support and training to trainees and interns within the department.
What You'll Bring:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Excellent manners, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and self-initiative.
- A passion for working with international customers and colleagues.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of the local market is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry will set you apart.
