A leading restaurant group in Soho is seeking a talented Head Chef to helm their vibrant Mediterranean grill. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef with a passion for fresh, coastal-inspired cuisine to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and growing brand.

• Proven track record in maintaining high standards across food, safety, and costs
• Hands-on approach to stock control, rotas, and compliance (EHO)
• A dedication to craft, with a history of longevity in previous roles
• Ambitious and eager to grow within a thriving restaurant group
