Salary 40k base and up to 20k tronc
We are delighted to partner with one of Manchester’s most exciting Italian restaurants, known for its bold flavours, Instagram-worthy dishes, and vibrant dining experience. This is a rare opportunity for a talented Head Chef to take the reins of a high-energy, premium-casual venue with a loyal following and strong reputation.
The Restaurant:
• Premium Italian dining with fresh pasta, wood-fired dishes, and Aperitivo hour
• 60 seats and up to 400 daily covers on weekends – it’s popular!
• Closed Mondays and Tuesdays – genuine work-life balance
• Strong social media presence – a chef who enjoys engaging with guests is a plus
• Supportive ownership with a focus on creativity and quality
The Head Chef They Are Looking For:
• A natural leader – calm, organised, and inspiring to the team
• Passionate about Italian cuisine – ideally with experience in fresh pasta and bold flavours
• Social-savvy – comfortable with guest interaction and contributing to the restaurant’s vibe
• Hands-on and dedicated – no ego, just a commitment to excellence
• Experienced in high-volume, premium-casual dining
