Are you an enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher looking for flexibility and a better work-life balance? Flourish Education is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work on a day-to-day basis in secondary schools across Dudley and the surrounding areas.
As a supply teacher with Flourish Education, you’ll have the opportunity to teach without the additional responsibilities of planning and marking. This role is ideal for teachers looking to fit work around other commitments while still making a positive impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Cover a variety of secondary subjects across Key Stages 3 to 5.

Create and maintain an engaging and motivating learning environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

Support and monitor students’ progress during lessons.

Mark students’ work in accordance with the school’s marking policy when required.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Experience working in schools within the last two years.

This position is based in Dudley, with schools easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kingswinford, and Brierley Hill.
