What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments and participate in child protection investigations under Section 47.
• Develop and implement effective child in need plans.
• Collaborate with families and multi-agency teams to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory frameworks.
• Participate in duty rota with one week on followed by two weeks off.
