We're are recruiting a Sous Chef to join an incredible boutique hotel in Norfolk. The Sous Chef will be working with a top, seasonal menu that really celebrates fresh, local produce. It’s a 4-day working week with straight shifts – so the work/life balance is genuinely amazing.

What We are Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Sous Chef within a fresh-food, Gastro Pub or restaurant environment.
- Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
- Organised in the kitchen with insight into administration.
