Our client is seeking a HR ADMINISTRATOR to join their team initially on a temporary on-going basis. This role could become permanent for the right candidate. You will have CIPD Level 3 as well as some admin experience to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be working as part of the HR team to support the HR and Security Controller by taking on general admin tasks, payroll inputting, recruitment, training and development.
- Maintaining electronic personnel records
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the business
- Revise and maintain company policies to ensure we are always legally compliant
- Monitor absence records and return to work interviews
What we need from you:
- Proven experience working in a HR team
- CIPD qualified at Level 3 or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office packages
