Early Years Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher for a GOOD rated Primary School in Ledbury. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a Primary Teacher with a passion for early childhood education and excellent behaviour management skills. As an Early Years Teacher, you'll join a supportive and collaborative environment, where your skills will help shape the future of young learners.

This is a full-time role that will continue for the full academic year to cover maternity leave.

This Early Years Teacher role will include:

• Full class responsibilities, including planning and marking.
• Delivering the EYFS curriculum to Reception-aged children.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure cohesive teaching across the Primary School.
• Maintaining excellent behaviour management in the classroom.
• Regular communication with parents and guardians

Required Skills and Experience for this Early Years Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• A passion for working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School setting.
