Role - Junior Project Manager (Nuclear Sector)
Location - Cumbria

Responsibilities include -
- Project support to Human Factors and Safety case capability.
- Management of Contracts
- Including preparing PR/TO/Sub-TOs,
- Chasing up responses and funding,
- Monthly reporting of spends,
- CEMAR administration
- Cost Engineer engagement
- Retention of onboarding/IC SQEP for documentation
Project Scheduling -
- Supporting the team in developing schedules for the delivery of nuclear safety assessments and working with planners to integrate these into overall schedule including ensuring appropriate logic links are there.
- Support HFIIP Monthly Meeting and provide NFR and record/track actions
Reporting -
- Tracking and attending monthly reporting meetings to discuss progress against key targets/milestones
Dashboards /KPIs -
- Management of dashboards/KPIs and worklists.
- Collection of Data to feed KPIs and preparation to present at appropriate meetings
Meetings Management-
- Scheduling meetings, support where required.
- Taking minutes and providing NFR/output for attendees and stakeholders
- HF IC Panel - IC SQEP Tracker and Meeting Output (Decisions & Actions)
IT Management -
- IT requests - T360 HF Central Capability
- HF Central Capability Hub
- HF IC Shared Inbox
- HF Onboarding Shared Inbox
Desirable experience -
- CEMAR Experience
- SL Laptop & SL Network Access
