Role - Junior Project Manager (Nuclear Sector)
Location - Cumbria

Responsibilities include -

• Project support to Human Factors and Safety case capability.
• Management of Contracts
• Including preparing PR/TO/Sub-TOs,
• Chasing up responses and funding,
• Monthly reporting of spends,
• CEMAR administration
• Cost Engineer engagement
• Retention of onboarding/IC SQEP for documentation

Project Scheduling -

• Supporting the team in developing schedules for the delivery of nuclear safety assessments and working with planners to integrate these into overall schedule including ensuring appropriate logic links are there.
• Support HFIIP Monthly Meeting and provide NFR and record/track actions

Reporting -

• Tracking and attending monthly reporting meetings to discuss progress against key targets/milestones

Dashboards /KPIs -

• Management of dashboards/KPIs and worklists.
• Collection of Data to feed KPIs and preparation to present at appropriate meetings

Meetings Management-

• Scheduling meetings, support where required.
• Taking minutes and providing NFR/output for attendees and stakeholders
• HF IC Panel - IC SQEP Tracker and Meeting Output (Decisions & Actions)

IT Management - 

• IT requests - T360 HF Central Capability
• HF Central Capability Hub
• HF IC Shared Inbox
• HF Onboarding Shared Inbox

Desirable experience - 

• CEMAR Experience
• SL Laptop & SL Network Access
