We are looking for a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join primary schools in Birmingham, with an immediate start.

Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant Role:

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant position with immediate start
• Initial role running for the rest of the academic year
• Opportunity to work closely with children, including those with additional needs, in 1-to-1 settings

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children during lesson activities and assist with their individual needs. You will also monitor student progress, help create an engaging learning environment, and support students in reaching their full potential.

This role offers invaluable experience in Early Years education, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills while making a real impact on children’s early learning.
