As a STEM Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with their STEM education, helping them engage with subjects like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with a 2:1 or higher
- A genuine passion for STEM subjects and a desire to support students in these areas
- Confident, adaptable, and able to assist students with varying levels of ability in STEM
- Previous experience working with young people is advantageous, but not essential
