As a STEM Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with their STEM education, helping them engage with subjects like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. You’ll provide support in the classroom, working with students both individually and in small groups to ensure they understand complex concepts and develop essential skills in these subjects. Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with a 2:1 or higher
• A genuine passion for STEM subjects and a desire to support students in these areas
• Confident, adaptable, and able to assist students with varying levels of ability in STEM
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous, but not essential
