Production Team Leader

About the Role

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will directly contribute to meeting production goals, maintaining top-notch quality, and fostering a safe and productive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the production team to deliver their best work.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
• Implement and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Report key production metrics and performance updates to management.

Salary: £17 - £18 per hour

This is a temporary, on-site position located in NP20 1PA, Newport, Wales.
